Once again Andalucía has topped the home sales rankings in June recording more property transactions than any other region in Spain.

Only two months ago in April 2018 Andalucía registered more home sales than any other region, and now in June, the home of the Costa del Sol has once again topped Spain’s rankings in terms of property transactions per region with a total of 9,165 homes changing hands during the 30 day period.
Evidence of the huge gap in demand between the south of Spain compared with elsewhere, nearly a third more home sales were registered in Andalucía compared to the 6,963 real estate sales recorded in Cataluña which came second in the list closely followed by Valencia with 6,958.
Year-on-year the number of property transactions inscribed in Andalucía increased by 7.8% compared to June 2017, placing the region 7% higher than the national average and fourth behind Aragon, Murcia and Valencia in reference to inter annual growth.
