• Key holding service, upon request making keys available to workmen & tradespeople
• Monthly inspection visit to include;
• Check for obvious signs of damp or water damage from rainfall, drainage, pipe leaks or flooding from other properties
• Check for damage due to wind and other external elements and factors
• Check all utilities functioning
• Flush all toilets, run taps and showers
• Check all lights & replace bulbs if required
• Ventilate property during visit
• Test all electrical appliances
• Check security of all windows, doors, shutters, blinds, grills & alarm (if present)
• Collection of mail to be held for owner, disposal of unwanted fliers and similar promotions
• Immediate phone contact regarding any serious issues arising
• E-mail results of each visit, highlighting any problems requiring action
• Quarterly account statement sent by e-mail
• Cleaning and laundry service administration as required*
